  Stay well away from these people. Over the phone they can't be nicer but dealing with then face to face is a different matter. They caused £100's of damage to our caravan and when we enquired about it they were verbally abusive and told us these things happen. They offered no discount or compensation. They called us liars. They are the most unhelpful, uncooperative and dam right rude business owners that I have ever had the displeasure of meeting, considering the nature of their job is to be helpful, decent and polite. The recovery agent they sent was beyond useless to the point my husband had to take control and get our caravan onto the recovery truck. And to add insult to injury, they charged well over what they had said over the phone.
